IIMUN welcomes delegates from anywhere in the world. This page covers everything specific to registering, paying, and travelling to Islamabad as an international delegate — separate from the general registration process.

Both tiers include everything below — the invitation letter, payment coordination, airport pickup, and access to the international delegates community. There's no separate charge for any of it.

Payment

How You Pay

Register as normal, then the Secretariat follows up by email within 48 hours with a secure card payment link. Pay by debit or credit card directly — no international wire transfer needed, and no PayPal (it isn't available for payments to Pakistan-based accounts).

Airport PickupComplimentary pickup from Islamabad International Airport. Send us your flight number and arrival time in advance and someone from our team will be there.

Accommodation GuidanceWe don't book it for you, but we'll share vetted hotel recommendations near the venue once it's confirmed.

We've Got Your Visa Covered

Getting your visa sorted is simple, and we'll help you through it. Apply for your Pakistan e-Visa through the Pakistan Online Visa System (visa.nadra.gov.pk) — once your registration is confirmed, we'll send your invitation letter and answer any questions about your specific application.

  • We'll send your signed invitation letter as soon as your registration is confirmed.
  • Not sure what your application needs? Just ask — we'll walk you through it based on your nationality.
  • Starting a few weeks early gives you plenty of buffer, but we're here to help however close to the date you are.
